Abby Redditt is a project manager for BELL Construction. Prior to that, she worked for the Tennessee Department of Transportation and has a total of five years construction experience overall. In college, she studied civil engineering and then discovered she particularly enjoyed the construction industry. One of the products she most enjoyed was the replacement of the I-24 Accelerated Bridge. She enjoys working in and encourages women to not hesitate to seek careers in this male dominated industry.

- Typically, the production manager also takes part in pre-construction meetings and also writes up subcontracts and purchasing orders.
- It may not be the most obvious choice for female STEM students, but one project manager suggests that such students should consider the construction field for a fulfilling career.
