I formed my private practice in 1997 after spending a year as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, the nation’s largest accounting firm. This experience coupled with working for other fortune 500 companies in the past have proven invaluable to my success and has helped shape my business philosophy. Thus, you will receive the expertise of a seasoned accountant who has been exposed to many types of businesses and clientele. I pride myself on delivering affordable prices in a timely manner with a personal touch.

Education: Graduated in 1994 , top 10% of my class from the University of Miami school of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Myriam brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and both Personal and Business Taxation. She is highly regarded for her deep technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and her commitment to helping clients understand their financial landscape with clarity and confidence.

Throughout her career, Myriam has worked with Individuals, Small Businesses, and Corporations across diverse industries. Her clients value her patience, her ability to break down complex tax concepts into simple terms, and her dedication to providing accurate, strategic, and beneficial solutions tailored to their needs.

As a family-oriented professional, Myriam approaches every client interaction with warmth, integrity, and genuine care. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and creating meaningful memories with her loved ones—experiences that continuously enrich her perspective and enhance the quality of service she provides.

Myriam grew up in Puerto Rico where she graduated from the Interamerican University with a degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. Myriam has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and taxation field including the preparation of Puerto Rico Tax returns.

Anthony is an expert IRS-registered tax preparer with over 10 years of experience. He is a detail-driven financial professional who supports clients with bookkeeping, tax preparation and planning, financial advisory services, and business administration. Known for his clear communication style and organized approach, Anthony helps individuals and businesses stay confident in their financial picture.

He enjoys preparing complex tax returns, and he also specializes in preparing returns for ex-pats and foreign investors. In addition, Anthony is an IRS acceptance agent for ITIN applications for foreign individuals. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seminole State College in Florida.

In addition to his client work, Anthony is highly skilled in technology and plays a key role in keeping the firm’s IT systems running smoothly. He is proficient in ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and other leading tax and accounting software, allowing him to streamline processes and ensure accuracy across all client engagements. His ability to quickly learn and implement new digital tools makes him a valuable resource both internally and for the clients he supports.

Outside the office, Anthony enjoys playing guitar, staying active through fitness, and spending time with friends and family. He also has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and enjoys finding innovative ways to help clients grow their businesses and plan for the future.
