One construction company made a few changes to the school and they ended up saving over $5 million. Some of the significant changes they made to save money were: Changing overhead folding doors to storefront windows saved aver $1.5 million. They even went as far as changing fabric that is used to treat the soil. That cost saving measure saved them over $250,000. The other big cost saving measure was to changing various weather barriers. That saved them $1.5 million.
